si Gewöhnung, Sucht?!
Do you want to tell use your experience so that it will be useful to other people? vor über 10 jahren hatte ich melatonin schoneinmal eingenommen als ich in einer Dauernachtwache gearbeitet habe. Das hat gut funktioniert. nun habe ich seit ca 2 Jahren Psoriasis-Vulgaris. Zeitweise starker Befall mit unerträglichen Juckreiz, der auch die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt hat. Seit ich Melatonin 1mg pro nacht nehme, schlafe ich wieder durch, habe einen regelmäßigen Rythmus zurückerhalten und bin tagsüber fit und wach, das Bedürfnis nach einem Mittagsschlaf habe ich seit dem fast verloren. Die Traumerfahrungen sind sehr lebhaft und klar. Die antioxydative Wirkung kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber seitdem ich M. einnehme, hat sich auch die PSO stark verbessert, hängt aber auch mit der schulmedizinischen Behandlung zusammen, die gleichzeitig stattfindet. alles in Allem eine gute Erfahrung. Der Nachteil ist wohl die Gewöhnung, habe versucht es mal auszuschleichen, aber Schlaflosigkeit und Nachmittagsschlaf macht mich unproduktiv, also behalte ich die 1mg Dosis erstmal bei.
