Dopo un periodo di stress , decesso dopo di mia madre avevo perso il sonno e rilassamento generale. Il medico mi aveva prescritto Sonirem gocce 10-12 la sera prima di coricarmi.
Poi parlando con il medico del mio lavoro mi ha consigliato di assumere la melatonina e magnesio.Ho anche visto il vostro sito e dopo un po ho acquistato la vostra Melatonina.
Devo dire che poco alla volta e con l'aiuto di Clavis al computer ho azzerato il sonirem e sono andato un po avanti con la melatonina. Adesso sto bene e ho ripreso la normalita' .Grazie Clavis di tutto l'aiuto che mi hai dato.

vor über 10 jahren hatte ich melatonin schoneinmal eingenommen als ich in einer Dauernachtwache gearbeitet habe. Das hat gut funktioniert.
nun habe ich seit ca 2 Jahren Psoriasis-Vulgaris. Zeitweise starker Befall mit unerträglichen Juckreiz, der auch die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt hat. Seit ich Melatonin 1mg pro nacht nehme, schlafe ich wieder durch, habe einen regelmäßigen Rythmus zurückerhalten und bin tagsüber fit und wach, das Bedürfnis nach einem Mittagsschlaf habe ich seit dem fast verloren. Die Traumerfahrungen sind sehr lebhaft und klar. Die antioxydative Wirkung kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber seitdem ich M. einnehme, hat sich auch die PSO stark verbessert, hängt aber auch mit der schulmedizinischen Behandlung zusammen, die gleichzeitig stattfindet.

alles in Allem eine gute Erfahrung. Der Nachteil ist wohl die Gewöhnung, habe versucht es mal auszuschleichen, aber Schlaflosigkeit und Nachmittagsschlaf macht mich unproduktiv, also behalte ich die 1mg Dosis erstmal bei. Mehr sollte ich in meinem Alter, 43, eh nicht nehmen.

Dal 1997/98 quando in Italia non era ancora commercializzata la procuravo dall'America, dopo tre giorni di aver assunto la melatonina
mi sono ristabilito completamente,mi sembrava di essere rinato completamente, tutti i miei malanni erano scomparsi, come fosse stato un Miracolo.

La classica ansia di non dormire. con melatonina night va molto meglio. Ho notato però che i sogni sono molto vividi e si ricordano perfettamente al mattino.
Ho affiancato alla sera anche un rimedio omeopatico Gelsemium 6ch..in pratica un ansiolitico naturale. Il sabato e domenica riesco anche a dormire 8 ore. Grazie

Assumo melatonina da molti anni, dopo aver letto delle ricerche in merito, non per problemi di insonnia ma per il mio benessere generale. Devo dire che se alcuni problemi restano (ipertensione sotto terapia) non ho avuto alcun disturbo tipico della menopausa e comunque dormo sempre molto bene. Questa poi è l'unica melatonina con 3 mg di principio attivo e non solo 1 mg.

Da ich Key-Melatonin night erst seit ca. 3 Wochen nehme, kann ich leider noch keine gültigen oder aussagekräftigen Angaben machen. Ich hoffe jedoch, dass sich meine schlimmen Einschlafstörungen(stundenlanges Wachliegen,teilweise bis zum Morgengrauen..), unter welchen ich schon seit 3 Jahren leide, mit der Zeit durch Melatonin behoben oder wenigstens gemildert werden!

Ho sofferto di insonnia feroce (dormivo 0-1 ore per notte, ho perfino i test medici che documentano ciò) per più di dieci anni, né medici né naturopati riuscirono a risolvere il problema. Poi per caso scoprii la melatonina e da quando la prendo, da circa un anno, la qualitá e la quantitá del mio sonno sono aumentate in modo molto significativo, anche se non ho ancora raggiunto un ritmo ideale; mi abbronzo meglio e in generale sono veramente molto più rilassata e positiva di prima. Devo puntualizzare che vivo all'estero, dove la melatonina si riceve solo su ricetta medica.

Da autodidatta curo la mia fibromialgia non volendo prendere A VITA antidepressivi e altri farmaci del genere. Dal settembre 2013 ho cominciato ad avere problemi di insonnia, il mio problema era di avere continui risvegli notturni, talvolta non riuscivo più a prendere sonno.
Pertanto cominciai nel mese di ootobre, del 2013, a prendere della melatonina che comprai in farmacia, ma mi accorsi che dopo circa tre quattro giorni, che assumevo melatonina prima di coricarmi, il sonno era migliorato ma il giorno avevo un pò di tachicardia, mi sentivo come un pò eccitato. Chiesi a un mio amico medico un parere in merito, lui mi disse, va bene la melatonina, ma deve essere pura. Allora cominciai a documentarmi sui vari prodotti a base di melatonina che il mercato poteva offrire, nel ricercare in internet, mi ritrovai sul vostro sito, chiaro semplice e pieno di informazioni sull'uso e contenuto della melatonina, con molti pareri e commenti, più che positivi. Facendo il Fisioterapista, lavorando in ospedale, conoscendo un pò la materia medica, ho molto approfondito il campo, e penso di aver trovato nel vostro prodotto la migliore qualità.
Quindi dal mese di novembre 2013 ho cominciato ad assumere Key melatonina night da 3 mg prima di coricarmi, sonno meraviglioso, il giorno molto più energico, con tanta voglia di fare, mi sentivo in gran forma. Nel febbraio del 2014 interruppi l'assunzione di melatonina, ormai non avevo più risvegli notturni, e mi sentivo bene. dopo circa tre mesi, ho ricominciato ad vere problemi nel dormire ed allora ho ripreso a prendere melatonina, sempre 3 mg la sera, e da allora, se non per piccoli intervalli di tempo quali 1 o 2 mesi, ho sempre preso la melatonina.
Concludendo, posso solo riconfermare, quanto già detto, ottimo prodotto, privo di effetti collaterali, oltre che migliorare il ciclo sonno/veglia ti migliora la tua performance in generale.

non so se sia un caso, però, dopo una sola settimana di assunzione ho cominciato a dormire di notte, molto meglio..man mano le caldane si sono ridotte e ad oggi, appena 20 gg, più o meno, sparite quasi del tutto..non riesco a capire, come tutto ciò sia possibile solo assumendo una pasticchina ogni sera e per così poco tempo...ad ogni modo, speriamo che continui così!!!

Ho deciso di iniziarere a prendere la melatonina per migliorare la qualità del mio sonno, da sempre poco soddisfacente. Ultimamente riuscivo a dormire non più di 5/6 ore a notte( avolte anche solo 4 ore) avendo ridotto anche l'assunzione di Tavor, a mezza pasticca di 1 mg. Devo dire che subito ho interrotto l'uso del tavor e man mano ho dormito sempre meglio. Sono passata negli ultimi periodi a dormire c.c 7 ore (non sempre), una volta addirittura 8 ore di fila!! C'è da dire però che ne prendo una compressa e mezza da 5. spero di riuscire nel tempo a ridurne la quantità, ed ho iniziato già da qlc giorno. Va considerato che è da 2 mesi circa che prendo la melatonina.Vedremo gradualmente cosa succede.Al momento sono abbastanza soddisfatta del risultato. Mi auguro dei miglioramenti futuri.

War abhängig von Schlaftabletten, die Menge wurde immer höher.
Habe dann von Melatonin gehört, habe sie bei anderen Produzenten bestellt, aber die Wirkung blieb aus.
Als ich von KeyMelatonin erfahren habe, bestellte ich diese.
Die haben sofort geholfen. Nahm 2 Jahre immer eine Tablette und seit einem Jahr 2 Tabletten.
Ich schlafe tief und fest durch bis früh ohne morgens müde zu sein.

Anni fa ,+o- improvvisamente ho cominciato a svegliarmi di notte e a far fatica a riprender sonno, a volte anche dopo qualche ora;in più qualche risveglio era dovuto a ansia procurata es. da una narice otturata che al buio originava un senso di presunta mancanza d'aria e con successiva difficoltà a riaddommentarmi. Dopo solo un mese di melatonina ho potuto apprezzare già un significativo miglioramento con minori episodi di risveglio. Non è tornato tutto come anni fa (lo stress quotidiano è un nemico sempre presente), ma sono contento specie in relazione alla prospettiva di entrare nel consueto percorso molto pericoloso dei farmaci(ansiolitici/tranquillanti...etc.). Evviva la melatonina e un grazie ai prodotti Clavis. Michele

Dal 2001 assumo ininterrottamente Melatonina ,dal 2003 Key Melatonin Night /Fluid a volte. Ho risolto tutte le problematiche fisiche ,ma nel corso degli anni il mio aspetto non è cambiato e molti segnali ovvi dell\\\'invecchiamento che avrebbe dovuto esserci dai 40 agli attuali 55 anni non si sono verificati ,quando la gente vede la mia carta d\\\'identità che ha una fotografia di quell\\\'epoca ,non crede possa essere io ,in effetti la melatonina ha cambiato il mio stile di vita ,mi ha dato una sincronia globale ,il sonno è solo il primo degli aspetti toccati ,ma molto più profonda è la rimodulazione che si verifica in 15 anni .Di questo ne sono certamente testimone verificabile .

Circa 5 anni fa ho accusato problemi nel prendere sonno in modo abbastanza serio e per la prima volta nella vita ho usato sonniferi. Visto che la cosa iniziava ad essere preoccupante e non passava su consiglio di un amico medico che conosceva i vostri prodotti ho iniziato ad assumerli, essendo onestamente molto scettico.
I risultati sono stati ottimi e nel mio caso veloci,tempo qualche settimana sono tornato a dormire normalmente,anzi devo dire in modo più efficace e riposante di prima.
Dopo di che mi sono interessato alle funzioni alternative della melatonina e anche qui devo riconoscere che dal punto di vista della salute in generale penso mi abbia giovato,non ho avuto nessun disturbo particolare anche se non ho certezze che sia merito di essa. In ogni caso l'assunzione del prodotto non mi ha causato alcun effetto collaterale,anzi mi ha giovato riguardo una nuova regolarità in molte funzioni,tipo la fame, l'ora di addormentamento, i ritmi biologici.
Perciò il mio consiglio è provare senza indugio se il problema sonno non si risolve,sul resto ognuno giudicherà.

Del perché sto utilizzando key melatonin della Clavis...posso dire che mi sono fidato di un prodotto che è molto in linea con quello realizzato dal grande dott. Pierpaoli, la formula che alla melatonina viene associato zinco e selenio, due potenti minerali dall'azione antiossidante e protettiva. Per me la melatonina non può che essere una speranza, di sicuro ha portato in me forza e vitalità atta ad affrontare le battaglie quotidiane. Il primo segnale degli effetti di key melatonin night è stato quello di mantenere la mia pelle soda e giovane come se il tempo non passasse. Anche se sono appeba 35enne, il mio orgsnismo ne ha visto di notti di lavoro ed a differenza coi miei colleghi, in effetti in loro c'è una netta propensione ad avere visi stanchi e borse sotto gli occhi nonostante dicono di riposare più di me durante la giornata. La mia esperienza con melatonina defender è stata convincente.
