Dal settembre 2013 ho cominciato ad avere problemi di insonnia, il mio problema era di avere continui risvegli notturni, talvolta non riuscivo più a prendere sonno. Pertanto cominciai nel mese di ootobre, del 2013, a prendere della melatonina che comprai in farmacia, ma mi accorsi che dopo circa tre quattro giorni, che assumevo melatonina prima di coricarmi, il sonno era migliorato ma il giorno avevo un pò di tachicardia, mi sentivo come un pò eccitato. Chiesi a un mio amico medico un parere in merito, lui mi disse, va bene la melatonina, ma deve essere pura. Allora cominciai a documentarmi sui vari prodotti a base di melatonina che il mercato poteva offrire, nel ricercare in internet, mi ritrovai sul vostro sito, chiaro semplice e pieno di informazioni sull'uso e contenuto della melatonina, con molti pareri e commenti, più che positivi. Facendo il Fisioterapista, lavorando in ospedale, conoscendo un pò la materia medica, ho molto approfondito il campo, e penso di aver trovato nel vostro prodotto la migliore qualità. Quindi dal mese di novembre 2013 ho cominciato ad assumere Key melatonina night da 3 mg prima di coricarmi, sonno meraviglioso, il giorno molto più energico, con tanta voglia di fare, mi sentivo in gran forma. Nel febbraio del 2014 interruppi l'assunzione di melatonina, ormai non avevo più risvegli notturni, e mi sentivo bene. dopo circa tre mesi, ho ricominciato ad vere problemi nel dormire ed allora ho ripreso a prendere melatonina, sempre 3 mg la sera, e da allora, se non per piccoli intervalli di tempo quali 1 o 2 mesi, ho sempre preso la melatonina. Concludendo, posso solo riconfermare, quanto già detto, ottimo prodotto, privo di effetti collaterali, oltre che migliorare il ciclo sonno/veglia ti migliora la tua performance in generale. Circa 5 anni fa ho accusato problemi nel prendere sonno in modo abbastanza serio e per la prima volta nella vita ho usato sonniferi. Visto che la cosa iniziava ad essere preoccupante e non passava su consiglio di un amico medico che conosceva i vostri prodotti ho iniziato ad assumerli, essendo onestamente molto scettico. I risultati sono stati ottimi e nel mio caso veloci,tempo qualche settimana sono tornato a dormire normalmente,anzi devo dire in modo più efficace e riposante di prima. Dopo di che mi sono interessato alle funzioni alternative della melatonina e anche qui devo riconoscere che dal punto di vista della salute in generale penso mi abbia giovato,non ho avuto nessun disturbo particolare anche se non ho certezze che sia merito di essa. In ogni caso l'assunzione del prodotto non mi ha causato alcun effetto collaterale,anzi mi ha giovato riguardo una nuova regolarità in molte funzioni,tipo la fame, l'ora di addormentamento, i ritmi biologici. Del perché sto utilizzando key melatonin della Clavis...posso dire che mi sono fidato di un prodotto che è molto in linea con quello realizzato dal grande dott. Pierpaoli, la formula che alla melatonina viene associato zinco e selenio, due potenti minerali dall'azione antiossidante e protettiva. Per me la melatonina non può che essere una speranza, di sicuro ha portato in me forza e vitalità atta ad affrontare le battaglie quotidiane.
