Dal 2001 assumo ininterrottamente Melatonina ,dal 2003 Key Melatonin Night /Fluid a volte. Ho risolto tutte le problematiche fisiche ,ma nel corso degli anni il mio aspetto non è cambiato e molti segnali ovvi dell\\\'invecchiamento che avrebbe dovuto esserci dai 40 agli attuali 55 anni non si sono verificati ,quando la gente vede la mia carta d\\\'identità che ha una fotografia di quell\\\'epoca ,non crede possa essere io ,in effetti la melatonina ha cambiato il mio stile di vita ,mi ha dato una sincronia globale ,il sonno è solo il primo degli aspetti toccati ,ma molto più profonda è la rimodulazione che si verifica in 15 anni .Di questo ne sono certamente testimone verificabile .
