non so se sia un caso, però, dopo una sola settimana di assunzione ho cominciato a dormire di notte, molto meglio..man mano le caldane si sono ridotte e ad oggi, appena 20 gg, più o meno, sparite quasi del tutto..non riesco a capire, come tutto ciò sia possibile solo assumendo una pasticchina ogni sera e per così poco tempo...ad ogni modo, speriamo che continui così!!!

Con analisi ormonali sono risultata in piena menopausa con relativi fastidi, dopo un anno circa di assunzione di Defender sono tornata con valori in fase follicolare. Il mio medico nonostante le analisi non lo ritiene possibile. Che brutta cosa l'igniranza!
