Da quando prendo key melatonina defender mi addormento dopo 10 minuti dall'assunzione.
Avevo provato tante marche diverse di melatonina,e non avevo mai risolto il problema dei risvegli notturni.
Anche mio marito, mia sorella e mia figlia assumono key melatonina defender.
Faccio un unico ordine,acquistando più di 30 scatole.
Mai più senza key melatonina .

Anni fa ,+o- improvvisamente ho cominciato a svegliarmi di notte e a far fatica a riprender sonno, a volte anche dopo qualche ora;in più qualche risveglio era dovuto a ansia procurata es. da una narice otturata che al buio originava un senso di presunta mancanza d'aria e con successiva difficoltà a riaddommentarmi. Dopo solo un mese di melatonina ho potuto apprezzare già un significativo miglioramento con minori episodi di risveglio. Non è tornato tutto come anni fa (lo stress quotidiano è un nemico sempre presente), ma sono contento specie in relazione alla prospettiva di entrare nel consueto percorso molto pericoloso dei farmaci(ansiolitici/tranquillanti...etc.). Evviva la melatonina e un grazie ai prodotti Clavis. Michele
