vor über 10 jahren hatte ich melatonin schoneinmal eingenommen als ich in einer Dauernachtwache gearbeitet habe. Das hat gut funktioniert.
nun habe ich seit ca 2 Jahren Psoriasis-Vulgaris. Zeitweise starker Befall mit unerträglichen Juckreiz, der auch die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt hat. Seit ich Melatonin 1mg pro nacht nehme, schlafe ich wieder durch, habe einen regelmäßigen Rythmus zurückerhalten und bin tagsüber fit und wach, das Bedürfnis nach einem Mittagsschlaf habe ich seit dem fast verloren. Die Traumerfahrungen sind sehr lebhaft und klar. Die antioxydative Wirkung kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber seitdem ich M. einnehme, hat sich auch die PSO stark verbessert, hängt aber auch mit der schulmedizinischen Behandlung zusammen, die gleichzeitig stattfindet.

alles in Allem eine gute Erfahrung. Der Nachteil ist wohl die Gewöhnung, habe versucht es mal auszuschleichen, aber Schlaflosigkeit und Nachmittagsschlaf macht mich unproduktiv, also behalte ich die 1mg Dosis erstmal bei. Mehr sollte ich in meinem Alter, 43, eh nicht nehmen.

La classica ansia di non dormire. con melatonina night va molto meglio. Ho notato però che i sogni sono molto vividi e si ricordano perfettamente al mattino.
Ho affiancato alla sera anche un rimedio omeopatico Gelsemium 6ch..in pratica un ansiolitico naturale. Il sabato e domenica riesco anche a dormire 8 ore. Grazie

Assumo melatonina da molti anni, dopo aver letto delle ricerche in merito, non per problemi di insonnia ma per il mio benessere generale. Devo dire che se alcuni problemi restano (ipertensione sotto terapia) non ho avuto alcun disturbo tipico della menopausa e comunque dormo sempre molto bene. Questa poi è l'unica melatonina con 3 mg di principio attivo e non solo 1 mg.

Da ich Key-Melatonin night erst seit ca. 3 Wochen nehme, kann ich leider noch keine gültigen oder aussagekräftigen Angaben machen. Ich hoffe jedoch, dass sich meine schlimmen Einschlafstörungen(stundenlanges Wachliegen,teilweise bis zum Morgengrauen..), unter welchen ich schon seit 3 Jahren leide, mit der Zeit durch Melatonin behoben oder wenigstens gemildert werden!

Ho sofferto di insonnia feroce (dormivo 0-1 ore per notte, ho perfino i test medici che documentano ciò) per più di dieci anni, né medici né naturopati riuscirono a risolvere il problema. Poi per caso scoprii la melatonina e da quando la prendo, da circa un anno, la qualitá e la quantitá del mio sonno sono aumentate in modo molto significativo, anche se non ho ancora raggiunto un ritmo ideale; mi abbronzo meglio e in generale sono veramente molto più rilassata e positiva di prima. Devo puntualizzare che vivo all'estero, dove la melatonina si riceve solo su ricetta medica.

non so se sia un caso, però, dopo una sola settimana di assunzione ho cominciato a dormire di notte, molto meglio..man mano le caldane si sono ridotte e ad oggi, appena 20 gg, più o meno, sparite quasi del tutto..non riesco a capire, come tutto ciò sia possibile solo assumendo una pasticchina ogni sera e per così poco tempo...ad ogni modo, speriamo che continui così!!!

Ho deciso di iniziarere a prendere la melatonina per migliorare la qualità del mio sonno, da sempre poco soddisfacente. Ultimamente riuscivo a dormire non più di 5/6 ore a notte( avolte anche solo 4 ore) avendo ridotto anche l'assunzione di Tavor, a mezza pasticca di 1 mg. Devo dire che subito ho interrotto l'uso del tavor e man mano ho dormito sempre meglio. Sono passata negli ultimi periodi a dormire c.c 7 ore (non sempre), una volta addirittura 8 ore di fila!! C'è da dire però che ne prendo una compressa e mezza da 5. spero di riuscire nel tempo a ridurne la quantità, ed ho iniziato già da qlc giorno. Va considerato che è da 2 mesi circa che prendo la melatonina.Vedremo gradualmente cosa succede.Al momento sono abbastanza soddisfatta del risultato. Mi auguro dei miglioramenti futuri.

La mia esperienza con melatonina defender è stata convincente.
La assumo la sera e mi aiuta a prender sonno , mentre prima dovevo ricorrere a sonniferi pur blandi ma sonniferi erano. Dopo il primo sonno se mi sveglio ora sono certo che aspettando tranquillo riprendo a dormire fino al mattino. La consiglio vivamente.
